Refund policy

30-Day Return Policy

Our 30-day return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving an item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is accepted, we will provide a shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any defects, damages, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to assess the issue and ensure it is resolved promptly.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to receive what you want is to return the received item and, once the return is approved, purchase the new item separately.


14-Day EU Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason without providing any justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, you will receive the refund automatically via your original method of payment within 10 business days. It may take additional time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and make the refund visible.
