Orders placed on Predator are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination:

The times indicated are approximate and may vary due to force majeure, adverse weather conditions, holidays, or delays caused by the courier.
Couriers Used
Shipments are carried out using logistics services integrated with Shopify Shipping, which rely on reliable national and international couriers (e.g., Poste Italiane, SDA, UPS, DHL).
The choice of courier may vary depending on weight, destination, and availability.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on weight, volume, and destination.
Any promotions (such as free shipping) will be indicated directly on the product page or at checkout.
Tracking Number
Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor the shipment in real time.
Areas Not Served
Predator ships only within Italy and European Union countries.
Some remote areas may not be reachable.
Undelivered Packages
In case of failed delivery due to incorrect address, recipient absence, or failure to collect from the pickup point, the cost of a new shipment may be charged to the customer.
